The Type Universal circular motion screens are new-generation vibratory screening machines characterized by low profile, efficient protection of the support structure from vibrating masses, and virtually noiseless operation.

PRODUCT STRUCTURE:

The circular motion screens consist of a screen box, supporting device, vibration exciter, and transmission part. The barrel-type vibration exciter of the circular motion screens is installed in the middle part of the machine. During the normal operation procedure of a circular motion screens, the vibration of the exciter will drive the screen mesh fixed on the screen box to vibrate, and then materials will be screened.

VIBRATOR UNIT:

The vibrator unit of circular motion screen is a steel shaft, completely housed in a protective steel tubular casing, which in turn is provided with an easily replaceable rubber cover to resist damage and abrasion. The balance weights of the motion screen are keyed to the shaft. The bearings are specially designed for use in circular motion screens and are a high-capacity self-aligning double roller type.

The Circular Motion Screen bearings have special tolerances and improved lubrication facilities to extend their bearing life under arduous working conditions. Labyrinth-type grease sealing is provided in circular motion screens to prevent dust from getting into bearings. A deep-groove V-belt pulley is bored eccentrically to ensure true running and to obviate the belt whip.

TECHNICAL DATA:

The circular motion screens are bolted single- or multi-deck structures with a substantial and rigid design. The circular motion screen body consists of two side plates with bolted transverse supports and screen mounts. The screen's box is based on an open design. The circular motion screen drive shaft, with its eccentric weights, runs on heavy-duty self-aligning roller bearings. The throw of the vibrating screens is varied by adjusting the eccentric weights.

The drive is either direct or through a cordon shaft and v-belts. The circular-motion vibrating screens are supported above the substructure by means of helical coil compression springs. The circular motion screen's installation angle can be varied to suit the application. There are several options for lubrication: oil or grease, which can be used without modification. Selected bearing seals ensure a long service life.

STRUCTURES:

A Type Circular Motion Vibrating Screens consist of a screen box, screens, vibrating motor, reducing setting, and base plate. The angle of the screens in the Circular Motion Screen could be changed by the adjustment of the height of the base plate. Usually, the vibrating motor is fixed on the right side of the screen frame. WORKING PRINCIPLE OF VIBRATING SCREENS:
  • In the Circular Motion Screen, two similar vibrating motors that rotate synchronously in different directions make the screen body do periodical to-and-fro linear moving to achieve the screen classification purpose.
  • The crossbeam and side boards of screens in the Circular Motion Screen are made of stainless steel plate or heat-resisting plate and connected by the rivets to decrease internal stress and make good fastness.
OTHER CONTENTS:

Circular motion screens (single-shaft) When the shaft of an inclined screen is located precisely at the screen's center of gravity, the entire screen's body vibrates with a circular vibration pattern. Occasionally, the shaft is installed above or below the center of gravity, as in the system; this placement results in an elliptical motion, slanting forward at the feed end. Thus, in the Circular Motion Screen there is circular motion at the center and an elliptical motion slanting backward at the discharge end. Forward motion at the feed end is used to move oversize material rapidly out of the feed zone to keep the bed as thin as possible.

This action of Circular Motion Screens facilitates the passage of fines, which should be completely removed in the first one-third of the screen's length. As the oversize bed thins down near the center of the screens, the motion gradually changes to a circular pattern to slow down the rate of travel of the solid. At the discharge end, the oversize and remaining near-size material are subjected to the increasingly retarding effort of backward elliptical motion. This gives the near-size material more time to find openings in the screen cloth.
