Working Principle:
The jaw crusher consists of a frame, eccentric shaft, belt wheel, flywheel, movable jaw, side guard plate, toggle plate, toggle backseat, gap-adjusting screw, returning spring, fixed jaw plate, and movable jaw plate. A toggle plate is also used to guarantee security. The jaw crusher uses an electric motor as the motive power. The eccentric shaft is driven by a triangle belt and genea wheel, which make the movable jaw make reciprocating motion according to the desired trajectory. Then, materials in the crushing chamber (which consists of a fixed jaw plate, a movable jaw plate, and an edge plate) are crushed, and the finished materials are discharged from the discharging hole.
