Working principle
STDP hydraulic dredge pump is provided power by the hydraulic system, the motor of the actuator, it is new type of submersible dredge pump by converting the hydraulic energy into mechanical energy . When Working through the pump impeller rotating stirring, transfer energy to the slurry medium, to produce a certain flow velocity, driven solids flow to achieve sand slurry transportation.
The hydraulic motor is Selection of domestic high-speed hydraulic motors series gear motors or quantitative piston motors, with feature of advanced and reasonable structure, good performance, high efficiency and stable working. According to the customer situation, we choose different displacement.
Key Feature
- In the bottom of the pump with a agitation device, and while both sides and multilateral sides we can be equip with a separate agitators , which can prevent a bulk solid clogging the pump, and the solid thoroughly mixed with the liquid, which allows easier handling.
- The pump can handle a maximum particle size of 50mm solid material, the solid-liquid extraction concentration up to over 70%; Note: Due to the different site condition, pump capacity may also be changed with affect of medium conditions, site operations, transport distance and other factors.
- The dredge pump unit is mainly mounted on the excavator, power is provided by hydraulic excavators, which can achieve free transitions, and the power source is a diesel engine that can solve the power problem of inconvenience during the construction in remote areas.
- The whole pump including: the pump casing, impeller, guard plate, agitator impeller are made of high-chromium alloy. Other materials can be customized.
- Using a unique sealing device for the frequent replacement of the mechanical seal will improve work efficiency.

Caution
- Ensure that the system’s hydraulic oil is pure, without any impurities, has good lubricity, compatibility and stability;
- According to existing hydraulic system pressure, displacement, efficiency etc. To select the suitable dredge pump, then enable the system to normal operation, it can not be working overload the system load in the long time
- In use of equipped with excavator , excavator’s arm should be light, slow moving,it is strictly prohibited to knock, smash in the hard condition, so as not to damage the pump;
- To choose the standard hydraulic tubing, using the specify bolts and using predetermined torque to lock, the failure of the installation may cause malfunction, damage or leakage;
- When the device transitions, should ensure that the hydraulic oil mouth clean , prevent the entry of impurities, affecting the normal life of the motor;
- Apart from our service engineer, it is prohibited and unauthorized to do alterations, dismantle the equipment, otherwise it will affect normal operation.
